
Ingredients
1/2 cup thin cream
5 oz good quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
1 tbs golden syrup
1 tbs caster sugar
1 1/2 oz unsalted butter
Directions:
To make the glaze topping, place all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted and the ingredients are well combined, smooth and glossy.
