Caramel Dipping Sauce



Ingredients (serves 6)
2 oz butter or margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup cream

Directions:
Put butter, brown sugar and vanilla essence in a saucepan. Stir over a low heat for about 5 minutes until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cream until it is well combined.
